    Travis Grey made our dream come true. In a challenging market with challenging clients (us) with very specific requests, he never gave up on us despite it taking nearly three years. He never made us feel pressured despite the many, many houses we turned down, only providing encouragement every step along the way. His knowledge of the market is extensive and only through keeping his "ear to the ground" was he able to sleuth out a property that fit our needs and wishes to a "T." His good nature and helpful nature complete the picture of our idea of a perfect agent and shepherd in both an oft-times confusing market and, certainly a confusing process. Also, his knowledge of procedure is second to none as is his advice which we appreciated greatly. Travis is also fortunate to be assisted by his colleague, Lisa Boyer, who worked with us helping and advising, adding to the ease and comfort we experienced throughout this lengthy search and ultimate purchase.     Travis did an outstanding job helping me as Trustee to sell a remarkable piece of property in Annapolis, Maryland. To say he was knowledgeable, possessed strong negotiation tactics, and extremely responsive, would be an understatement. Travis answered every question I had and did everything he could to get the property sold as quickly as possible without compromising on the value it was worth. He is diligent and reviews every document and piece of the property with precision. He gauged the market perfectly and valued the home just right. Throughout the process, he was kind, patient, and made you feel like you were the only one he was representing! Even while Travis was on vacation, he would continue to update me with any progress on the property.     Travis did an amazing job helping us sell our home. He helped develop a plan to bring the property to market (what to fix, what to leave, how to stage, etc). He provided resources for contractors, landscapers, home stagers, etc. He was very hands-on when he needed to be. Travis really guided us through the process in a challenging market.     Travis was fantastic to work with in our home buying process. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a variety of reasons. He was extremely responsive, knowledgeable about all the areas we looked, as well as what to look for when evaluating a home. Not once did I ever feel pressured, and he was an extremely great advocate to have on my side when we decided to go under contract on a home.
